For local businesses and organizations, a limited number of VIP spots are available. Secure a 10 x 10 booth to showcase your brand and products to our community in a prime location. - CPR Certification Providers. We are seeking 1 certified instructor or organization to conduct CPR and AED training sessions. Help us equip community members with life-saving skills.
- Health and Safety Vendors. Offer products and services related to health, wellness, and safety.
- Food and Beverage Vendors.
- Merchandise and Promotion Vendors.
Participation Guidelines:

Product Setup Requirements:
- Providers may set up their booths as long as they do not exceed the designated area of 30 feet x 10 feet. It's important to ensure that pathways and other providers' spaces remain unobstructed for smooth event flow. Additional space may be provided upon request (simply ask).

Vendors may set up their booths or stalls as long as they do not exceed the designated booth size of 10 feet x 10 feet and do not obstruct pathways or other vendors.

Power and Utilities:
- Electricity will be available for CPR Certification Providers who require it for medical equipment, instructional displays, or other necessary functions. Please indicate your power needs on your application to ensure appropriate arrangements.

Vendors must provide their own power source if their booth requires electricity for lighting, displays, or other equipment.

Sales and Promotions:

Vendors are permitted to distribute flyers, business cards, and promotional material about their goods or services. They may also collect contact information for future communications.

Vendors may not engage in direct sales from their booth, nor are they allowed to solicit cash or donations. This includes tips of any kind.

Setup and Teardown Times:

Vendors should arrive and complete their setup by 2:30 PM to be ready when the event begins at 3:00 PM. Vendors may begin their setup as early as 2:00 PM if additional time is needed.

Vendors are required to keep their booths open until the event concludes at 5:00 PM, and teardown should not commence before this time.

Attendance Requirement:

A responsible adult must be present and available at the booth at all times during the event hours to manage the booth and interact with attendees.
