What makes FC Riverside County unique?

At FC Riverside County, we emphasize fun and focus on creating memorable experiences. Our coaches are experts at what they do. At the same time, our coaching staff will encourage our students to focus on other hobbies (Science, technology, engineering, mathematics, etc.). We do not encourage our students to encompass their lives around sports.

What is the difference between a competitive and recreational program?

FC Riverside County provides a recreational program.

  • There are no tryouts. Our recreational program is open for children of all skill levels.

  • Teams are formed at random. Player rosters may be adjusted throughout the season if a particular team has too many skilled players.

  • A recreational program only meets once a week. Competitive teams consist of at least 2 practices per week. Our recreational program schedules weekly games after practices.

  • A recreational program is comprised of volunteer coaches and some professional coaches. A competitive program is comprised of only professional coaches.

  • Recreational teams consist of 8-17 players per team.
