FC Riverside County “Free Cleats” Rebate Promotion – Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: August 16, 2025
This document outlines the terms and conditions for the FC Riverside County (“the Club”) “Free Cleats” rebate promotion (“the Promotion”). By participating, members agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Offer Period The Promotion begins on August 16, 2025, and is available for a limited time. FC Riverside County reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility This offer is exclusively for new members who successfully register for a subscription-based service with FC Riverside County. To be eligible, registration must be completed on or after August 16, 2025. Existing, returning, or former members are not eligible for this Promotion.
3. Offer Details Eligible new members may receive a one-time account credit of up to a maximum of $50.00 USD. This credit serves as a rebate for the purchase of new soccer cleats. The credit has no cash value, is non-refundable, and can only be used as described in Section 5.
4. Redemption Instructions To receive the account credit, the following steps must be completed:
- Step 1: Registration: The member must first successfully register for an eligible subscription service on the Club’s official website, www.FCRiversideCounty.com
- Step 2: Purchase: The member must purchase a new pair of soccer cleats.
- Step 3: Verification: The member must present a valid receipt to the FC Riverside County Youth Director for verification.
- The receipt must be an original physical copy or a full-page printed copy of an email receipt. Digital versions on mobile devices (e.g., screenshots) will not be accepted.
- The receipt must clearly itemize the purchase of soccer cleats and the total purchase price.
- Step 4: Credit Application: Upon successful verification of the receipt, the Youth Director will apply a credit to the member’s account. The credit amount will be equal to the purchase price of the cleats as shown on the receipt, not to exceed $50.00 USD.
5. Application of Credit The account credit will be automatically applied as a discount to the member’s second (2nd) scheduled subscription payment only. The credit will not be applied to the first payment, registration fees, or any other Club-related purchases. If a member’s subscription is canceled before the second payment is due, the account credit is forfeited in its entirety.
6. General Conditions & Limitations
- Limit of one (1) rebate credit per new member account or family.
- The offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other promotional offers.
- FC Riverside County is not responsible for any portion of the cleat purchase price exceeding $50.00.
- The Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or illegible receipts.
- All decisions made by the FC Riverside County Youth Director regarding receipt validity and credit application are final.
