Octavio Zavala	Octavio Zavala assaulted an FC Riverside County staff member.
Luis Zapata	Luis Zapata explicitly threatened the FC Riverside County General Manager, “I am going to look for you on the streets to fight you.”

Octavio Zavala did not pay for services received on October 24, 2021. Octavio caused a disruption to FC Riverside County operations and did not pay for services. FC Riverside County condemns the behavior of Octavio Zavala and Luis Zapata.
